Je'Varus "Mr. J" Howard is an entrepreneur, business leader, and real estate investor whose professional experience spans franchise ownership, real estate development, organizational management, and community leadership.
Having owned two franchises, actively invested in real estate, and renovated and flipped residential properties, he understands the importance of effective communication in business. From negotiating deals and managing business relationships to presenting ideas and making consequential decisions, his experience has taught him that how you communicate can be just as important as what you know.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Mr. Howard has served on community boards and commissions, contributing to discussions and decisions affecting the communities he serves. His professional background also includes civilian management, military service, and leading teams in complex organizational environments.
He holds an MBA in Organizational Management and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, combining formal business education with years of practical leadership and entrepreneurial experience.
He created Voice in Command to help professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders develop the communication habits needed to express their ideas confidently, navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and command a room without dominating it.

I've spent years building businesses, investing in real estate, managing teams, and serving in leadership positions. One thing I've learned is that having a great idea, knowing your business, or being the most experienced person in the room doesn't automatically make you an effective communicator.
